Let’s Talk Tools
Have a question about something you read here? Want us to compare two apps you are choosing between? Perhaps you have noticed a detail that has changed. Whatever it is, we would like to hear it. The contact form on this page is the easiest way to reach us, and messages go straight to the people who write our content.
Using the Form
Add your name, a brief subject, and your message. Keep things simple, because there is no need for formal wording. If you are writing about a particular article or tool, mention it by name so we can find the right page quickly.
Response Time
We usually reply within three working days. Weekends, public holidays, and unusually busy periods can add a short delay, and we thank you for your patience.
Popular Reasons to Reach Out
- Requests to review or compare a specific tool.
- Corrections for outdated features, prices, or steps.
- Questions about an article or recommendation.
- Reports of broken links or display problems.
- Privacy questions or requests to delete your details.
Your Feedback Matters
Tell us what is working on the site and what is not. Honest feedback, even critical, helps us improve our guides for everyone.
Helping Us Respond Well
A few details make a big difference. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, how big your team or project is, and which tools you already use. Context like that lets us give an answer that actually fits your situation.
Things We Cannot Do
TechScale is an information website, not a software company or consultancy. We cannot provide technical support for any product, manage accounts, recover data, or build and customise systems for you. For those needs, please contact the official support team of the tool involved or a qualified professional.
Keep Sensitive Details Private
Please do not include passwords, login credentials, client data, or banking information in your message. We never need them, and sharing them could put you and your business at risk.
Partnership Proposals
If you would like to suggest a collaboration, send a short summary through the form. We read every proposal, although we cannot promise to reply to all of them.
Your Privacy
We use your message only to reply to you and never share it with others. Our Privacy Policy page has more details.
Thank You
We appreciate every message, from a quick correction to a detailed question. Your input helps keep our guides accurate and useful.
